I’ve been saying it for years, but I think it is important for me to keep saying it.

More isn’t better, better is better.

When you started doing your workout program and got results in the first few months everything was great.

Then things began to stale out.

A lot of people first thought is they need to do more to get more results.

There are some cases where that is true, but more likely you need to be doing something that is more effective.

If we’re talking training, then you definitely can’t keep doing more.

You have to give your body time to rest and recover.

If we’re talking about fat loss, then we need to talk about your nutrition habits more than your exercise program.

Exercise is important for fat loss, especially when it comes to looking and feeling better.

What you eat and how much is way more important for losing fat.

It’s hard to know exactly what to do.

That’s why I always recommend hiring a coach.

Having the support and knowledge of someone who has been where you are and has gotten the results you want.

Even better if they have helped a bunch of other people with similar goals.
