Revolutionary Fitness · Full-Time · Alexandria, VA
ABOUT REVOLUTIONARY FITNESS
Revolutionary Fitness is a semi-private personal training studio located in Old Town, Alexandria, VA. We specialize in strength training, body composition, and healthy aging for adults, with a primary focus on clients 50 and older.
We are a growing, results-driven studio with a clear methodology and a high standard of coaching. We are looking for a skilled, science-grounded trainer who is eager to grow within a structured program and help us deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
THE ROLE
The Coach is the lead trainer on the floor, responsible for delivering, documenting, and elevating the quality of every training session. This role is for a coach who has a strong foundation in exercise science, a genuine passion for working with the 50+ population, and the humility and drive to learn and grow within our system.
You will work directly with the studio owner to learn our training methodology, master our programming approach, and eventually help develop and lead our coaching team as the studio scales.
