We are a strength and longevity training studio dedicated exclusively to adults over 50. Our semi-private training model delivers the personalized attention of one-on-one coaching within a motivating, community-driven environment. THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate, experienced fitness coach to join our team in a part-time capacity. This position starts with morning sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with hours expanding significantly over the first 60 days as you integrate into the team and build client relationships. For the right person, this role has a clear path toward full ownership and leadership within the studio.

- Client Onboarding: Own the new-client experience from their initial assessment through their first sessions.

- Client Retention: Build lasting relationships and develop systems that keep clients engaged and progressing over the long term.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver engaging semi-private and personal training sessions.
- Design and implement safe, effective, age-appropriate strength and conditioning programs.
- Build genuine relationships with clients and provide motivating, individualized coaching cues.
- Track client progress and adjust programming to ensure continued results.
- Uphold a positive, professional, and welcoming studio environment.
- Collaborate with the team on scheduling, programming, and client experience initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Current, relevant fitness certifications (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in personal training, small group, and/or large group instruction.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with older adults.
- Punctual, professional, and coachable with a growth-oriented mindset.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Experience in and preference for working with the 50+ population.
- Background in functional movement, corrective exercise, or mobility training.
