The definition of integrity is doing the right thing regardless of who’s watching.
My favorite example is putting your shopping cart back in the corral instead of leaving it on the island in the parking lot.
That was a gut check for me the first time I heard it back in 2014.
Integrity with yourself comes down to doing what you promised yourself you would do, without making excuses.
“I’m going to stay on this diet today”
“I’m going to the gym today”
“I’m not going to eat the rest of that cake”
Some people can make these decisions and stick to them.
Some people struggle more, especially if they haven’t built up their integrity skills.
Integrity is like a muscle, it has to be built up over time by completing small goals over and over again.
Building this muscle is a huge part of what we do in the 90 Day Weight Loss Accelerator.
And a huge part of what help’s people be successful within the program.
I help people look better, feel better, have more energy and live more productive lives.
The next round of the 90 Day Weight Loss Accelerator starts in just a few weeks on May 10th.
If you’re ready to finally make the change that you’ve wanted for a long time and you know you need the accountability of a coach and the support of a group of people who are going through the same thing, shoot me a message and let’s talk.
